My name is Andy and I own this property in Southampton with partner Jonathan. We provide quality, friendly, great looking homes for like minded professionals just like you. 

For us it's vital our houses have the right mix of people - which is why we only offer rooms to people between 22-30, and always find out a bit more about them, before showing someone round. We know living in a new house share can be daunting and we do what we can to help - meet current tenants in the house, learn what everyone does and make sure you'll fit in! Working with professional people, we also know you want an easy life which is why we are relentless about sorting issues FAST. Our crack team of contractors ensure issues get resolved ASAP.
