Hi all
I am looking at getting a lodger for one of the spare bedrooms.
With that being said I am a 35 ( soon 36) year old male, in full time employment from Monday to Friday.
Ideally I am after someone that has a decent regular schedule with sociable hours, this is to avoid hassle with noise etc...
The house is fully furnished with pretty much everything; internet, washing machine, coffee machine etc you name it.
There is also a drive for 2 cars, a decent garden if you fancy a drink in the summer.
Prior to seeing the house I would prefer to meet up for a coffee and see how we connect/vibe.
