Walking distance ( 10 mins) to the city centre and Southampton central railway station.

The house is situated next to the Common (over 300 acres of parkland) and in walking range to the University of Southampton, Solent University and Southampton General Hospital.

The room is fully furnished, wooden desk with chair, double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 has the benefit of having a hand wash basin.   

We are nice, friendly, easy going and sociable people. House is quiet, warm and clean, with weekly cleaning schedule and we respect each other's privacy.

This spacious house has 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms (shower or shower over the bath), very large living room (30ft long) and sun lounge (nearly 30ft), spacious dining room, spacious kitchen with all white goods provided (washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, 2 fridges etc).

House is equipped with gas central heating, very economic, but warm and welcoming. The house has nice and massive quiet private garden, ideal for barbecues or to relax having a coffee after busy day. 

Rent is paid monthly with bills included (BT Fibre with strong signal, electricity, council tax, water and waste).

Only the Gas is paid separately on card and shared between all in house, about £25 per month. This works out well and tenants have full control on the heating.



Private caring landlord (no agency and no fees)

The house is not for couples, 1 person per room, and long stay preferred.

Existing flatmates are working professionals and post grads. Currently has 5 males, aged between 26 and 42 approx.
