There is one parking space to share between two tenants but you can also park on the road outside. There is a bus stop right outside and it's a 2 min walk to shops, a gym, a Lidl, a Costa and a KFC.

Rent includes super fast broadband, council tax, water, gas and electric.

You will be living with an absolutely lovely friendly female tenant in her 20s, she is immaculately tidy and a full time professional.
