The current tenant (female 34 y/o) is looking to share the flat with another similar, like-minded individual. This flat-share would suit someone who is in full-time employment, or a mature student. Someone between the ages of 25-45, a non-smoker, and is clean & tidy.

Bills will be split between two of you, and will be left to organise between yourselves. Locks are installed on your individual rooms for extra privacy.
