Room/s only for 2 related people. Please follow steps below (no phone calls please).

We are looking for 2 people that are related eg, married couple or 2 siblings or cousins or mother and child(over 5 years old).

 To occupy 1 or 2 rooms on a 6 month contract (possibility of extending contract after).

Double Room shared:   £550

Very large double room on ground floor £600

Double room (1person), + single room (1person) =£800/ month.

Bills and internet included but If tenant/s are not in full time work, you will need to contribute towards bills. 

Quiet clean household. Please maintain the cleanliness of communal areas.

Popular location. 10 minute walk to train station. Library is 4 minute walk. Shops and restaurants 2 minute walk. Good bus links to Heathrow airport, tube stations, Ealing and surrounding towns. 

There is hardly anyone around during the day and evening at the moment so it’s very private and peaceful.  

Would suit: quiet and mature working professionals but other applicants considered. 

 no pets.  Smokers - smoke outside .

PARKING: There are 2 options for parking. Both options are on street parking:

1. Register your car to the address. Pay Ealing council for a resident parking permit.
2. Pay £5 for 24 hours whenever you need it. Parking is free overnight so if the car will not be parked there during the day, this option may suit better.
