We have a fully furnished Double Bed available from May first week, in a 3-bed 2-bath flat in a newly built building.

The room includes a double bed, side tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe. A work desk/chair can be arranged from the outgoing person if needed.

We are two friends (31M, 25F), living in this building for nearly two years and would love to have someone for the 3rd bedroom. There's a 65" TV, PS5, Netflix, Amazon, NOW and all other streaming subscriptions included.

The flat is 4 mins walk away from Elizabeth Line Station (Southall), with Central London less than 25 mins away. The building has facilities such as a rooftop gym and garden, large co-working area, projector screens, Karaoke and Party rooms, bike storage etc to list a few - all included and free.

You'll be living with two Arsenal fans who work in Sports industry, so tickets for major sporting events are almost guaranteed. Out of work and watching Arsenal, we spend our time cooking, going out with our bikes, watching movies or with short trips to European mainland.

Rent will be 850/month without bills, with bills coming to around 130/month.
