2 private rooms are included in the monthly rent (as well as utilities and council tax) - a double bedroom and separate living space which overlook a public garden space and an orchard of apple and pear trees.  
Shared spaces include a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and washing machine/tumble dryer.  Pubic parking is available on site.  Fast fiber broadband is included, however phone signal is weak given the thick stone walls.

This historic stone cottage is just off the High Street and the Firth of Forth, with stunning views of the 3 bridges, just seconds away. If you enjoy the outdoor life - there are many water sport opportunities at Port Edgar, and Dalmeny Estate with its white sand beaches is within easy walking distance.  Cycle and walking paths are aplenty.

South Queensferry is well connected, with Edinburgh in easy reach  - Dalmeny train station is a 15 min walk, a bus (43) stop just outside the house and Edinburgh airport is a 15 minute drive (but somehow we are not in the flight path).  Scotmid Co-op is across the street, as is the local medical practice and pharmacy.
