1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom (which can fit a double bed). We have great public transport connections via 2 bus routes to south croydon or east croydon train stations within 15mins on bus. Selsdon high street has plenty of restaurants to choose from, 2 pubs and also an Aldi which is great for food shopping. We are moving to California for minimum 1 year potentially 2, so we are looking for trustworthy people to come and look after our loved home while we are away. 
Please note - This is an unfurnished listing, washing machine and tumble dryer will be left in the property along with an integrated fridge and freezer.  No furniture will be provided, although we are happy to sell items if they are of interest to you.
