Smoking in the house is not accepted but the garden is beautiful and is there if you are a smoker.

The house is fantastically located for those working at Jaguar Land Rover with can be reached in 11 minutes on foot and equally the same distance for those working at Solihull Hospital. Homer Rd is only a 15 minute walk and is widely regarded as the principal business address in Solihull and a number of important Solihull occupiers are located here including Taylor Woodrow plc Headquarters, National Grid and Fujitsu Siemens.

The house has excellent access to the Midlands motorway network being located less than 1. 5 miles from Junction 5 of the M42 and in turn the M40, M5 and M6 Motorways. Birmingham International Airport is located within 5 miles of the Solihull town centre and is ranked as the fifth largest in the UK, serving over 100 destinations across Europe, North America and the Middle East. Adjoining is Birmingham International train station, with direct connections to London (87 mins), Manchester (120 mins) and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) which is the busiest exhibition centre in Europe. To make it as easy as possible for you to move in each room is fully furnished with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. All you need to bring are your clothes and bedding but I can even provide bedding at a very reasonable rate if you need.

There will be a cleaner for the communal areas including the kitchen and bathrooms and a gardener for the rear garden.
