All rooms are single occupancy only, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Pets are not permitted. All prospective tenants are fully referenced; we require proof of income of at least 2.5 times the rent.
There is no application fee, but a £100 holding deposit is required before we will consider an application to be complete. This will be deducted from your first month's rent. Either a UK homeowning guarantor (who will also be referenced) or a security deposit (£600 ensuite / £500 non-ensuite) is required. Rent is paid monthly by standing order. The property's (pre-refurb) EPC rating is E.
