The Bedroom is large - (3.4m x 3.6m) It contains a double bed, bedside table, wall cupboard, Shelves, blinds and curtains, a huge mirrored wardrobe, small drawers inside, beautiful view of gardens (see pics), radiator and is newly carpeted. Presently there is a mural of a mountain scene which could be removed. Both Wifi and a wired internet connection is available (Virgin).
Lounge is light and spacious with 3D projector and 3D HDTV, stereo, leather sofas, plants and a dining table for six.
Well equipped kitchen with washing machine etc.
Bathroom has storage, a spa bath and an excellent shower. Separate WC.
Large balcony has beautiful pond garden views, ideal for sunset drinking and dining in summer.

Very easy to park in free non allocated spaces. Neighbours are quiet, helpful and friendly.

The Neighbourhood and area is very quiet, green and safe. Close to local shops and parks. JLR 25 mins walk
Conveniently located near to M42, Birmingham airport and NEC (15 mins) or city centre (25 mins drive or 15 mins Train) and Solihull (10 mins) by car or extensive public transport options.
The apartment is walking distance to Olton Train station (5 mins) & many buses, Olton shops (5 mins) and Solihull town centre (30 mins walk)

Rent price includes ALL bills; Council Tax, Gas, Electric, TV licence, Water and Virgin Broadband Wifi. A cleaner visits weekly for extra.

A sane, friendly, positive, reliable, professional who knows how to share respectfully.
IMPORTANT - This is a Flat share more than just a simple room for rent. I would expect you to have an independent life; job, friends, family, perhaps a partner and private time etc but I don't want to live with a stranger. Not available to a couple full time, but a regular friendly respectful partner or friends are welcome to stay over some nights. 
One of the reasons for letting my spare room out is partly for some company;  a chat about how our days went, sharing the occasional meal or drink, watching TV or films together (NOT Sports, reality Tv or Soaps!!) sharing a shopping trip or just shooting the breeze.
Ideally you would want to stay long term and be good company.
Sorry - No Pets, drugs, party animals, DSS. Please understand if you are in debt, or in trouble with the law, have difficulty telling the truth or become objectionable you will be in breach of your contract and will be obliged to move out of the flat quickly!
About me - owner / flatmate I am a busy professional with a variety of occupations. I have family and friends who I like to entertain some evenings. I love to cook and have people round for dinner. I especially like French, Italian, Chinese and Indian and keen to explore new dishes. I would like to save on effort and mess by sharing a meal a couple of times a week. I have a car, a bicycle and walk locally daily. My passion is Improvised comedy and I rehearse and perform this regularly both in Birmingham and across the UK. 
I have a number of different work commitments with no regular days or hours so I can be in or out at any time.  I enjoy Comedy, Science fiction, board games, quality films, food, drink and company. It is a large enough place to be able to live privately, but some interaction is inevitable. Please note I am single and gay but not camp or obvious and you would not find this a big deal.
