Looking for a house mate to fill my spare bedroom in my 3 bedroom detached house on a temporary rolling basis for the next 4-5 months. The room: It’s a large size room with its own en-suite including a shower, toilet, sink and window.
Currently has a king size bed with underneath storage in addition to a large chest of 6 drawers in and 2 bedside drawers also.
You will also have access to the downstairs toilet.
There is ample parking on the property and a decent size back garden which I don’t really use. It’s a nice and quiet area to relax and kick back.
I work as a solicitor so I’m often out and about but may work from home once or twice a week in the 3rd bedroom/office which is able to be shared if needed.
Large living room with corner sofa and large 4K tv.
Large kitchen and dining area with all amenities you would need and ample storage space also.

The property has very good transport links, it is close to Wigan and the M6 motorway and 10 min walk to the Skelmersdale shopping centre or 10 min drive to Ormskirk or Wigan town centre. Ps i have a lovely grey cat called Pierrè is who is very gentle and loves people.
