This is a big, clean, amazing and spacious house in Sipson, West Drayton and the right person would be sharing with me. I’m a neat person and looking for someone like minded to share this awesome 3 bedroom place with.

THIS IS NOT JUST A ROOM SHARE, WE ARE SHARING A WHOLE BIG HOUSE BETWEEN US. THIS IS A MUST SEE AS I HAVE REALLY LOOKED AFTER THE PLACE. COME SEE FOR YOURSELF.

The room in question is the biggest room in the house and has built in wardrobes. I am 40 years old and I look after the house as been here 5 years now and have professional employment.

The place has a spacious double lounge so we do not have to share the same TV and can all do our own thing. Think of the house as unfurnished for you as the newcomer. You will need your own stuff especially lounge and bedroom and some kitchen stuff. There is a big bathroom with bath and shower. The hallway offers space for coats and shoes and there is a pantry with some storage too. There is ample cupboard space and a pretty big shared fridge in the kitchen. I have a freezer in the back we can share.

Outside we have a big driveway and spacious garden and a storage shed at the back on the right. We also have on the left at the back fo the garden our own hideaway which serves as a gym, games room, or just chill out spot. You can see the picture with the pool table. All in all this house is fantastic.

We look after the house so it stays looking good all the time so the ideal housemate must be willing to contribute to the chores although we do have a cleaner once a month for a deep clean. We can get the cleaner in more if we desire but that can be discussed but we all contribute to the upkeep of the house.

Great transport links all round and great location and everything you need accessible. Heathrow Central, Hounlow West, West Drayton and even Uxbridge stations all a bus ride away.

The rent for this place including bills is £860.50 which is nothing for what you getting and this is based on 2 people sharing the house. It changes if there are more people. A deposit of £870.00 will need to be paid to the agency along with referencing fees and credit check. Unfortunately there is always an initial cost when you move anywhere.

Please note there are other options for the renting especially if it involves more people but we can discuss everything privately.
