The flat is south facing with a juliette balcony to the south. Its between the river and the sea and ideal for water sports, walks etc. You can see both but to say it has sea views would make even an estate agent blush.
The main bedroom is ensuite with another larger family bathroom. The smaller bedroom can either be a bedroom or a home office.
There is also a gated carpark to the rear with an allocated parking space
Sorry but dogs are not allowed and it probably is unsuitable for young children
