The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, plenty of cupboard space, and all the utensils and kitchen equipment you could ever dream of (*caveat: unless your dreams are more far fetching than most). You’ve even got equipment for baking should you fancy baking your housemates a birthday cake…

Outside there is a lovely landscaped garden with sleepers and a patio. There’s an outdoor dining set, and BBQ area. Out the front there is driveway parking for up to 3 cars and plenty of free parking on the road.

Bi-weekly professional uniformed cleaning service of all communal areas (room cleaning can be added at cost), gardening services in warmer months and window cleaning services all included for free.

I regret to say I will not accept couples for the good of the other housemates. I am a professional landlord with over 10yrs experience running HMO’s, so you’re in safe hands. I’ve come to learn the key to a happy house and happy tenants is who you place in there, so I reserve the right to say yes or no so that I can get the right mix of personalities in the house. After which I will pretty much leave you be and not interfere, unless you need help with something, in which case I’ll be right there with a smile and get it sorted asap!
