I regret to say I will not accept couples for the good of the other housemates. I am a professional landlord with over 10yrs experience running HMO’s, so you’re in safe hands. I’ve come to learn the key to a happy house and happy tenants is who you place in there, so I reserve the right to say yes or no so that I can get the right mix of personalities in the house. After which I will pretty much leave you be and not interfere, unless you need help with something, in which case I’ll be right there with a smile and get it sorted asap!
