A lovely room is available for a lodger in my 2 bedroom property.
  
I am a live-in landlord (39-year-old male) and the room would suit a tidy and respectful professional lodger.

You will have access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.   

Off-road parking and quiet location.  

The property is located 10 minutes walk from Shipston town and within easy driving distance of many locations: Stratford (20 mins), Coventry (40mins), Warwick (30mins), Oxford (40mins).  

I would consider both Mon - Fri lodging or full-time also. 

The room is offered on a flexible basis with no long-term commitment (1 month's notice please).
