We are ideally looking for students or postgrads attending University of Sheffield.  The house features a total of 4 bedrooms, ensuring a cozy and communal living environment with a maximum of 4 tenants at any given time.

One of the highlights of the property is the access to a rare garden, and large kitchen providing space for relaxation or social gatherings. The double room itself is adorned with brand-new furniture, offering a comfortable living space. It boasts a generous size and even includes a charming fireplace, adding character to the room.

This single room is priced at £350 and comes furnished with a single bed, desk, and wardrobe.
