Room in a Shared House, Sheffield, S10

-I am leaving my single/ double room in Crookes, S10 Duncan Road (Sheffield) and we're seeking a new housemate/ lodger to fill my position.

-£300 for rent + 45 approx for all bills including council tax, the rent is negotiable and has not been finalised yet.

-The room is incredibly spacious (it used to be the living room), is fully furnished and can be used as either a single or double bedroom if needed. The house has also been recently redeveloped and is smart/ presentable.

-The landlord lives in the house is a sociable, easygoing, very fair and honourable medic student at Sheffield University. Potential lodgers have to be respectful regarding noise, cleanliness and tidiness.

-Crookes is a relatively tranquil part of Sheffield, its right next to the Peaks and only a 10-15min walk away from the city centre and University.

-It is shared facilities with all basic amenities (Broadband/ Washing machine/ Shower/ Electric oven) with free, safe street parking outside. You can move in anytime of your choosing within the next 1-6 weeks.
