This is a newly refurbished and well-presented house. Therefore it is expected that all tenants respect the house, other tenants, and the neighbours. No pets or smoking are to be allowed in the house and would appreciate smokers deposing of cigarettes outside respectfully.

As this is a co-living house it's good to know what your work pattern is, so we can best match prospective tenants with others on similar shift patterns to reduce noise nuisances and keep everyone happy.
