On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and there are two large bedrooms and one small; there is a further large bedroom on the ground floor.

The property is in an excellent location and is perfectly suited for student living it is only a five minute walk to either the Sheffield University Diamond Building or Sheffield University Information Commons and just a five/ten minute walk to the Sheffield University Students' Union or to the bars, restaurants and shops of West Street and Devonshire Green, which are popular among students.

The house is available immediately and up until 31st July or 31st August. Pleas note each room is £245 per person per month however the smallest room is £190 per month.
