The property is situated on Denmark road in Heeley, a quiet road about 20 minutes walk to the town centre and Meersbrook park. There is also a small forest nearby ideal for short walks. Plentiful street parking available. Vibrant cafes and places to eat nearby within 10 mins walk.

Bedroom:
double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, shelves included

Modern Bathroom:
toilet, sink, bath and power shower.

Kitchen:
You will have your own fridge and shared use of the freezer, Washing machine and tumble dryer. One cupboard for yourself and shared use of plates, cooking pots, cups and cutlery; Gas cooker, electric oven, kettle and microwave.

About me:

I am 43 years, fairly open minded, musician, pianist and teacher. Part-time vegetarian(!) non-smoker. I love meeting new people especially those from different cultures and who have travelled from abroad.

Ideally looking for a friendly and tidy lodger with similar values.

No pets, sorry.
