Clarkson House is located within a minute's walk of the University of Sheffield's students union, very close to Weston Park and the Botanical Gardens. There is a Co-operative shop across the road and West Street is less than 5 minutes walk too!
Bedrooms are all en-suite and furnished, including a double bed, desk and office chair, wardrobe, shelves and both under bed storage and ADDITIONAL LOFT AREA in certain rooms.


Shared Facilities
In the large, well-equipped kitchen, each tenant has a designated fridge and cupboard space.
The shared living room/TV lounge is also very spacious, with 3 large sofas and lots of extra shelving 
(each tenant has a designated area on these shelves to store extra items if needed). 
Wall-mounted modern TVs in both kitchen and living room.
Shared laundry facility.

All communal areas ( kitchen, living room, laundry, hallways and stairs ) are cleaned weekly. 

Outdoors we have a lawn, picnic tables, BBQ, locked bicycle storage and secure gated access.

Limited, secure parking is available at an extra charge.
