Room in a Shared Flat, Hoyle Street, S3

I need someone to replace my tenancy, must be a student / upcoming student in Summer time (Jun-Aug). Existing Flatmates are all Indonesians, 3 males and 1 female. All are very friendly and exciting. We have house rules to take turns of cleaning the hallway and shared kitchen for each specific dates.

We prefer South East Asian or East Asian students, but welcome to all as long as you are responsible and keep a calm ambience in the room (no loud music, etc). We don’t have problems if you want to bring friends over, but keep in mind the cleanliness. Also, please cook and eat using your utensils (will be given) especially if you are not a muslim since all other flatmates are muslims and forbidden to eat certain things / ingredients.

For payments, we must set paperworks transfers for £50, which will be split between myself and you (£25 each). You will then later pay directly to the landlord (Student Roost).

BONUSES :
1. Eating utensils (2 large plates, 1 large bowl, 1 small bowl. Each 4 pcs of spoon, butterknife, fork, and teaspoon)
2. Cooking utensils (1 large teflon, 1 pancake teflon, 1 pan to cook water, 3 pcs of knives - meat knife, medium knife, and small knife)
3. Bathroom appliances (Shower all-purpose holder, towel rack, water closet brush, mirror cleanser)
4. Bedroom appliances (Fan, bedsheets, pillow sheets, duvet with cover, clothes hanger, door hanger)
