Current rent is approximately £89ppw including monthly bills of £26pcm (electricity, gas and wifi). Water bill is approximately £30 per person every three months. Current bill structure is very much likely to be continued.

Currently living here and will be for the next academic year are Michael and Faye (both third-years going onto their masters in 2019/20). Both are extremely friendly and easy to get along with, enjoy social activities, focused on their studies as well as clean and tidy.
