We have two, 5 bedroom properties next door to each other making 10 DOUBLE bedrooms available for large groups. It’s great to live with friends, but you occasionally want quieter times to work & rest. This gives you the best of both worlds!

Both houses were fully refurbished two years ago and have large open plan kitchens with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker & microwave as well as tumble dryers. There is also a spacious lounge in each property.

The lounge has a large, flat screen TV and we also provide a TV licence.

Each house also has 3 showers and 2 toilets! All bathrooms offer powerful showers,supplied by a combi-boiler, giving instant hot water at all times.

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with double beds and modern IKEA furniture (desk, drawers, wardrobe, chair and mirror).

There is also a large back yard for everyone to great hang out in the summer.

They are ideally located, just off the vibrant Ecclesall Road opposite Collegiate Crescent, ideal for both Collegiate (3 minutes walk away) and City Campuses.

We take your safety & security very seriously – as well as being fully double glazed, the house is equipped with a burglar alarm, emergency and security lighting, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and all bedroom doors have locks.
