The flat is opposite the magnificent Ecclesfield church and has parking nearby. It is on bus routes and close to major roads, M1 junction 35 for Sheffield South and Barnsley and M18 Eastwards and junctions 35a and 36 trans Pennine routes.  

It is close to the countryside yet very accessible to Sheffield city. There are shops and amenities nearby.

Recently refurbished, the flat is on the second floor of a listed building with three other flats and two studio flats. It looks over the grassed churchyard of the magnificent Ecclesfield Church with rear views over a small wooded area and looking towards the Don valley.
