Sendhurst Grange lies near the edge of Send village, which provides local shopping facilities for day-to-day needs. 
Further comprehensive shopping facilities may be found at Guildford, Cobham or Woking. Communications in the area are excellent, with the A3 providing fast access in to London and down to the coast, as well as linking to the M25 Orbital. Thus there are ready links to Gatwick and Heathrow airports, both of which may be reached in around forty or so minutes. 

Woking’s mainline station has fast trains in to Waterloo, with journey times ranging from just 27 minutes. 

From the station there is a regular coach service throughout the day, to and from Heathrow Airport, taking a little over half an hour.
