Room in a Shared House, Martello Place, BN25

It is a lovely bright room with access to own bathroom in a new build.  Photo was taken in evening. Shared kitchen/lounge and garden.  I'm looking for a lodger who can move in from about mid October onward.  The room has been furnished with a bed, small open wardrobe and there is currently a large TV table in the room as I currently have Airbnb guests, so this will be removed when I find a lodger.  I am also more than happy to put in a larger wardrobe if required or if you have your own that you want to bring.  There is also currently a bed, however happy to also remove this if you have your own bed that you wanted to move in.
About me: I work as a Quality and Compliance Manager for a couple of firms.  I have a puppy, Olive who is very friendly and keeps me on my toes at all times.  I love spending time with family and friends, but also love spending time at home.  I'm friendly and easygoing.
