We are looking for a family unit with no pets and no smokers to rent our lovely, unfurnished, 3-bed mid-terrace house in a quiet area near South Cliff. The kitchen, living room and toilet are on the ground floor, one bedroom and the bathroom are on first floor and a further two bedrooms are on the second floor. It's £1,000 per month rent, payable on the 1st of the month in advance, £1,000 refundable damage deposit or a zero-deposit option is available as well, (please search for "Reposit" or enquire for details). No white goods but space and plumbing is supplied. Available start of April. Bills not included.
We are a small management company and we act like private landlords as opposed to big lettings agencies, which can sometimes frustrate tenants with inflexible opening hours and a lack of action when something needs doing! Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or on WhatsApp, and we are always very quick to respond and typically fix issues within a couple of days.
