Easy-going, single mum with two energetic children age 6 and 8 plus gentle cat seek a lodger to share a home with. The landlord works for the NHS and enjoy the outdoors, being active, cooking, reading, travel, listening to music, photography and watching films. 

The room is furnished but it can be changed if it doesn't suit the lodger. They would have their own bathroom. The location is fantastic - very frequent bus service into Brighton town centre but also free on-street parking or a fantastic, flat cycle along the undercliff into town. A two minute walk from the shops, five minutes walk to the seafront and about seven minutes walk to the South Downs. Anyone living with us would be welcome to spend as much time as they wanted in communal areas or to have a friend over. 

There is also a communal roof terrace.
