Very big room (5mtrs x 5mtrs or 9.5 double beds) in a 2nd floor 3 bedroom victorian maisonette over 2.5 floors in a family home 
Room has bed,sideboard,hanging rail,lots of storage 
We're 2 adults and our daughter 
All expected appliances
WiFi 60 down 25 up
Utilities included although if its a particularly cold spell then a contribution to utilities would be nice 
1 toilet 1 bathroom and if you like long deep soaks in the bath (like I did) then you can't here unless you're 4'6" or shorter as the bath and bathroom are tiny and there's no hiding that
The property is 100+ years old so it has its quirks (I imagine you would too)
Quiet road and quiet area,opposite a park,5 minute walk to train with links to major towns and cities,5 minute walk to bus stops,10 minute walk to local shops 
There is a shitzu dog that tends to bark and then shut up 
2 cats,one of which I assume was dropped on his head as he is stuck in naughty toddler mode and the girl just likes a fuss 
It would be nice if you brought some loo roll/washing pods or something like that occasionally 
No smoking 
No illegal substances
No excessive drinking 
Unfortunately no benefits (sorry)
Longer stays preferred 
A months leaving notice 
Deposit will hold the room 
This is a family home and not a business 
£750 a month (negotiable a bit)

If it sounds like alot of do's and don't it's easier to put everything there so you know if it's suitable,it's a really laid back place
