Rushden Lakes with its new cinema complex opening this summer is only 5 minute drive and there are lots of buses too. 10 minutes from A6 to Bedford. 3 minutes from A45 to Northampton and MI

The house has a large communal kitchen and breakfast bar area. There are 2 ovens, 2 sinks and 2 fridge freezers to ensure plenty of space for living and cooking. The utility room holds the separate washing machine and tumble dryer. 

There is car parking available.  

The rent includes all bills, TV licence,  WIFI and a fortnightly cleaner to assist with communal areas.
