I am looking for 1 x tenant to rent my second bedroom of my 3-bed terrace property. I am living on the property too, and there is no one in the box room (turned it into an office space since CoVid). My current tenant of 3 years is sadly moving out as she's bought her own place, so I am looking for someone to move in from end of May / beginning of June 2024.
