We are looking for two new tenants for two double bedrooms available in our lovely Ruislip High Street Flat. The flat has recently been refurbished to a high standard and comprises four double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms.

Current flatmates are working professionals, therefore professional applicants would be preferable. There are two male tenants and one female tenant living at the flat and to keep the balance we are looking for a female for this room.

Rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax), super-fast fibre broadband, and fortnightly cleaning service for common areas.
