Rooms are single occupancy only. A reservation fee of £135.00 is required to secure. Reservation fees are used to hold the tenancy open for you. If you fail the reference checks, then the reservation fee will be refunded to you in full. If you proceed, the reservation fee will be credited against your first month’s rent. Repayment of the reservation fee will be withheld if; you withdraw from the tenancy agreement, provide false or misleading information, or fail to provide the required information within 15 days following our best endeavours to contact you.
