We have a spacious double room with your own private bathroom that is available now.

If you are tidy and clean and enjoy the space, beautiful garden and landscape, peace and tranquillity, then you come to the right place.

All bills (electricity, gas, 24hrs heating and hot water, council tax) are included to give you peace of mind. You only need to think of your food. We also provide you with free laundry once a week.

We are just over a mile outside of Royal Wootton Bassett, it is easy to get to Calne, Devizes, Malmesbury and so on. You do need your own transport.

Please look at the map before contacting us, so you know exactly where we are so no time be wasted for both parties.

Please be advised that a good and satisfactory reference from either your previous landlord or current employer is essential.
