Room in a Shared House, Oaklands Avenue, PO9

Hello, I have a room that will be available as of beginning of June. The property is in a semirural village.  It is a 10 year old house and so has a spare bathroom for the lodger.  There is parking available and garden access if you need to store a bike.
I would accept a Monday - Friday lodger or 7 days a week but I would prefer someone who works away from the property because I work from home.  The monthly rent is currently £600 a month including bills and a one month deposit.  Professionals only please.  Note as it is a fairly new street the map provided on here does not show the correct location but I can explain where it is if you arrange to view the room.
