We are looking for a non-smoking professional, well-mannered, respectful, lady or gentleman for our spacious cosy, very quiet attic room with your own toilet and wash basin. The room is available in a lovely, clean, large, character Victorian house. It has its own toilet but no bath. The bathroom is on the first floor and is shared by 1 other person.
A lovely set of wooden staircase leads to the room which is at the top of the house.
The house is located in a nice part of Romford., and is 10/mins walk to Romford station where you can take the Elizabeth line all the way into Paddington station.

The house has lovely wood parquet flooring which makes it easier to keep clean and fresh. There is a shared dining room/sitting room and a spacious kitchen. There is a also a laundry room and an enclosed garden for sun lovers.
Parking is available for 1 car on the drive.
