Spacious double room available for rent, in 3 bed well maintained house. Sharing house with myself (owner) and partner. Initial 3 month let and if no issues, can simply renew it thereafter. Alternatively, I'm open to flexibility on this.

Shared areas:
kitchen, bathroom, garden (the latter on discretion & provided is reasonable usage). Free parking in driveway, also. Price includes all bills. If sounds suitable, please get in touch, and we can go from there/ arrange a viewing.
