2 double bedrooms offered, sharing of bathroom between only 2 people. Ideally looking for 2 people one for each room, so if you have a flatmate in mind already that would be best. 
Weekly clean will be organised when rooms are let. 
3rd ensuite bedroom belongs to owner who is an easygoing professional often away on client site for long periods. 
No couples, non smokers only, with good references.
One person per room. 
Must pass reference/credit checks. Ideally suit other considerate kind friendly house proud professionals or responsible mature students with guarantors
