Room in a Shared House, Silver Streak Way, ME2

We are a young married couple in our late twenties/early thirties looking for a clean, friendly and respectful lodger to take up one spare room in our 3 bed house. The house is our main home. No smokers, pets or families please. 
The Room:
A Great sized double room, fully furnished with a bed, mirror, dresser, bedside drawers, chair and wardrobe. 
Our house is a 3 storey townhouse with our own room and en-suite on the 3rd floor. Our future lodger would therefore have the added benefit of some privacy as the room advertised is on the 2nd floor. The family bathroom would also be mostly used by our future lodger with little to no sharing needed.

There is a small Morrisons shop about 5 mins walk from the house, as well as a petrol station, a bus stop with busses that go into town, Chatham, and other areas of Medway.

One allocated parking space is available for use.
