This is for 1x double room priced at single occupancy,

There are 4 rooms available to rent.
Please be advised we are located in Kent and NOT Essex.
We strongly advise due the location that you have a car/bike to get around.
The accommodation is fully furnished.

All rooms are located on the first floor,

Access via stairs no lift.

The room is very spacious

Kingside bed with bedding/linen included 

Walk in wardrobe or freestanding wardrobe/chest of draws

Comfortable Arm chair

2x seater table & chairs or a folding Table Tray which is handy for laptop/eating

Room has 32in wall hung TV

Kitchenette with: sink, fridge/small freezer microwave, kettle toaster,Coffee mug, glass wear, utensils.

Rubbish bin

The only item not supplied is a personal shower towel, please bring your own.

In the communal areas you will find

2x individual toilets

1x shower room with complimentary shampoo,conditioner & body wash

Use of Steam Iron/Ironing board & hairdryer

Hoover/broom/dustpan & brush

I live onsite and communal areas are kept clean and cleaned twice daily.

Cleaning products are available in these areas if required.

ONLY EXTRA:

Washing service: £10 per load washed and dried. This includes detergent & fabric conditioner.

Please specify if you would like it air dried 

We are around 10 mins from Isle of Grain

Deposit required to reserve the room. This will be returned on departure and acts as a damage retention fee.
