The property is a15min walk (0.7miles) from Rochester train station. Note the property has very poor disabled access. The third bedroom is set up as an office and would be ideal for people working from home.
The owners live abroad 10 months of the year, but the tenant will be required to share with them for the periods they will be in the UK, this would normally be either July or August and December. The rental will include all bills, gas central heating, water, council tax phone, high-speed internet, and sky TV. There would be very little space for storage of any personal items outside of clothing. The property is fully equipped with kitchenware cutlery crockery etc. Note there will be a spending cap on electricity and gas usage to ensure sensible usage. This figure will be agreed upon in advance.
The tenant will have use of the whole property when the owners are away and shared use when they are in the UK. The owners would be willing to do a property swap for the periods when they are in the UK the tenant could use their overseas villa which sleeps 6 people, included in the cost. The tenet will have a private bedroom for their sole use, and a private bathroom for their sole use at all times.
