I got one single bedroom to rent out to a professional. Its a new built house in Rochdale not far from amenities in a really quiet residential area and quiet close to motorway link. There's a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, small built-in wardrobe and a TV set in the room. A kitchen with everything you need for cooking, big fridge and washing machine and enough storage, a living room with a big comfy sofa and a TV and basically everything one needs for a comfortable stay is provided.
