Kitchen, garden and living room are shared. The kitchen has all the appliances and they are all free to use except for dryer which we bought so you will have to pay your share for it. The whole locality is very friendly and safe. It's just 15 minutes walk to the University, town centre and Reading industrial area. Bus stop is just 2 minutes away and connects to the whole town.
