We have a double room to rent. It can be furnished or unfurnished ( tenants choice within reason). The furniture may very to those in the pictures. This is available for one person only. The house has 3 other people in it and they are all friends who have been living there for many years. There is a newly fitted kitchen. Shared bathroom with 1 person and a extra downstairs toilet. The area is very quiet and neighbours are lovely. It is available from mid February. 
The bedroom is on first floor. There is a spare box room (for storage) available to use. Living room/dining room is located on the ground floor.
Parking is available on the driveway and free parking with no restrictions is available on the street.
All bills are included. Internet is provided.
The property is in a very good condition. Living room includes electricity recliners.
