This spacious furnished double room is located in a two-bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is also a walk-in wardrobe in the room to allow for plenty of storage space. Due to its design, the two singles in the picture can be attached together to make a king size bed or it can be replaced with a double bed if you prefer.

There is on-street parking available should you have a car. There is a bus direct from the estate to Reading Station and Reading Green Park station is not far away.

I am hardly ever there as I live away at my girlfriend’s place so you would pretty much have the house to yourself the entire time.

Note: bills are not included in the rent. At the moment, all bills cost approx. £170-180 per person each month, this can vary depending on how much water, electric and gas is used.
