Large double room in modern, friendly house/flat in Raynes Park (London SW20) area. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, bedside cabinets and chest of draws. The rent is £ 800 pcm inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV licence).

The house has modern utilities, kitchen, bath/shower with hot water 24 hours, under floor heating, cable TV and superfast Fibre optic broadband internet. Local amenities: Co-op, Mini Mart with Post Office, hairdressers, pub and the usual restaurants/takeaways are all within short walking distance. A larger Tesco supermarket is 1.27 miles away. Sainsbury, Lidl and Iceland are 10 minutes away on the bus in Morden town centre. David Lloyds Leisure with indoors and outdoors swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, saunas, steam rooms and a 10 pin bowling lane is less than 2 miles from the house. Morden Park Pools are another option within walking distance and there are new tennis courts in the open and inside the Air Dome at the back of the garden (2 mins walk).

The house is two minutes away from bus stations with excellent links to Wimbledon (2.2 miles), Sutton (4 miles), Kingston (4.5 miles) and Epson (5 miles). Central London is easily accessible via tube from Morden on the Northern Line, Wimbledon on District Line or train Raynes Park to Waterloo in 20 mins . There is free on street parking if you have a car.

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other girl; professional easy going, tidy and quiet. There is another floor above (in the atic) but the two housemates there have their own Kitchen, bathroom and toilet so there is no interaction other than saying hello now and again if you happen to see one of them passing through the staircase. This contributes to maintaining a calm, quiet atmosphere in the house. The current girl would prefer another girl (professional) to share the house/flat with. It is a clean house, everyone pulls their own weight cleaning after themselves and general cleaning is done once a week. You will get a turn at general cleaning on your floor once every other week.
