Looking for a young professional to rent the fully furnished ensuite double room in my flat near Purley. Available immediately. Mon-Fri renters welcome. I’m a 31yo male public sector worker generally there only on weekends and holidays.

A new-build in a block of six with lovely neighbours, spacious, lots of natural light, a modern open-plan kitchen-living room, communal garden, and an off-street parking space. On the outskirts of Purley it has the best of city access and Surrey landscapes.

Very well connected: Riddlesdown train station (London travel Zone 6) is a four-minute walk, and Purley station (also Zone 6) less than a mile away getting you to:
Croydon in 9mins
London Bridge in 23mins
London Victoria 26mins
Gatwick Airport 28mins
Change at East Croydon or Clapham Junction for everywhere else!

Stay local for plenty of green space, protected countryside areas, tennis club, and lots of golf clubs!

Rent is £1100 per month and covers council tax band D, WiFi, and TV licence. Electricity and water bills not included but amount to ~£100/mt. Looking for a 6mt to 1yr contract with one month's notice but I'm flexible, lets discuss!

I currently work in Gloucester during the week so you will have the whole flat to yourself on weekdays. and sharing on weekends and when I am on leave.
